Today being June 2/10 and a happy day for me as I have just received my new computer desk. Have it all put together and working. Although the road to getting my orders delivered from you was a little tough, It was made decidedly easier by the young fellows I dealt with over the phone and although I had to buy my Rugs locally I am very pleased with my desk and wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone at The Furniture.com who helped me. The furniture was delivered to our house at approximately 12.30 pm local CA time. The driver SAM phoned us 30 minutes in advance as requested by us, and safely unloaded all the furniture and brought it up to our front door by himself.
Thereafter the driver waited until we had unpacked most of the furniture. He advised us that he had handled it very carefully and feels that there is no damage. He said that even after he leaves, if we find any damage, to take photographs and transmit and we would be given replacements.
We were very impressed by his very courteous / polite manner, despite handling such heavy product on a continuous daily basis. His instructions / communication made us feel completely at ease and confident about the two companies we were dealing with (The Furniture.com and The Furnitureontime.com).
He is an asset to your businesses and is an excellent representative of your companies, assuring you of repeat business and customer recommendation / promotion in the customer sphere of influence.
Finally I must state that I am completely satisfied in the way my order was overall handled and executed.

Just wanted to let you know that my curio cabinet arrived yesterday. It is gorgeous and in great shape. Oh yeah, it's huge too, so I'm glad it's not going upstairs.I had some fears ordering online. You guys shipped it in the time frame that you initially said you would and it arrived perfectly. If I had any money left, I'd buy more from you. I can't belive the prices. These prices are for families
instead of retail shops? RIGHT?? I notice Coaster brand furniture prices are
hundreds of dollars CHEAPER than the retail store in Grapevine, Tx. You
really can ship for FREE on dining room, bedroom sets and more??? IF SO, I'M
